LandCentral has sold more than 10,000 pieces of land since it began, and the company has successfully navigated the ever-changing real estate landscape to become experts in vacant land. Its experienced and knowledgeable staff has created easy-to-use software, which makes searching for, finding and purchasing property simple and straightforward. LandCentral, headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, offers a huge variety of properties for purchase across the country.

Our Task Was

Initially we were approached by LandCentral.com to assist with their ongoing email marketing and automation efforts. Our scope of service expanded quickly to video production and Facebook advertising which has greatly impacted their sales growth and overall reach.

Process

Our initial strategy was to create an aggressive email marketing plan to stay visible among new and existing subscribers. We worked with LandCentral’s in-house team to develop an email calendar each month and implemented the creation and optimization of all email campaigns. Utilizing split testing and high-converting content – our email efforts quickly escalated sales and online traffic. We then took on the company’s paid social (Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin advertising) which began with creating video ads and establishing optimal sales copy. This included retargeting, look-a-like and custom audiences to promote the inventory and generate new leads.
