Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

These policies will aid users in understanding how Rossman Media Group LLC DBA Rossman Media fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe®.


The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Rossman Media Group LLC DBA Rossman Media. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Oregon. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.


Fulfillment Policy

At Rossman Media, we ensure that the services we provide meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for refunds. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

We deliver our services to clients via electronic means, including email, video conferencing, and project management tools, as per the client’s requests and project requirements. All deliverables will be provided within the agreed-upon timelines specified in the service contract or project agreement.


Refunds

We may offer refunds under the following conditions:

Non-Performance: If the service has not been initiated or performed at all during the term of our contract.

Material Defects: If the delivered services significantly deviate from the agreed-upon specifications and objectives outlined in the contract.


Exceptions

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant refunds if:

You received the services as described but simply changed your mind about the service.

You were aware or notified of the service details and scope before making the purchase.

You did not like the services provided or realized you had no use for them.

You received the services and failed to report any issues within 14 days from the date of receipt.


Return Policy

At Rossman Media, we provide digital marketing services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our services, returns are not applicable. However, refunds may be considered under the conditions outlined in the Refunds section above.


Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply to cancellations:

Service Agreements: Once a service agreement or contract with Rossman Media has been signed, cancellations are not permitted unless the services have not commenced or in cases of material breach of contract by Rossman Media.

Subscription Services: For ongoing subscription-based services, clients may cancel their subscriptions at any time with a 30-day notice period. Fees for the current billing cycle will still apply.


Project Abandonment

If, after repeated attempts by Rossman Media to begin or continue service, the Client fails to participate or becomes otherwise unresponsive to our requests for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will, at the option of Rossman Media, be considered abandoned. In such cases, Rossman Media may reduce any refund for the Services to the Client to zero. The Client hereby agrees to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased or as described in the original Work Order, wherever applicable.


Administrative Fee

All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee to cover processing costs.


How to Make a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided and believe you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to support@rossmanmedia.com detailing your complaints. We will promptly review your concerns and verify the issues raised. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be accepted or rejected based on the validity of the complaint.
