The client was growing quickly and needed ad management support for direct-to-consumer conversions on its eCommerce website. The client wanted to A) improve ROAS, and B) Boost overall sales and spend.
Solutions:
We implemented a paid ads strategy that optimized efforts and increased monitoring per ad channel.
Results:
In December as we onboarded to the account, the client saw a 1.60 ROAS. By January, we had improved that
ROAS TO 2.40 (A 42% RISE).

With its classroom to career programming, it gives students a unique prospective into the lives of working individuals in engineering fields. These programs are FREE to educators and classrooms. Amazon Future Engineer needed help promoting brand awareness to an educator audience.

We developed and executed a brand awareness and conversion-based Google ad strategy that generated interest and usage of Amazon Future Engineer’s programming.

Therapedic Mattresses typically operates as a licensing group, except for a few ShopTherapedic branded mattresses that are sold direct-to-consumer. This line of the business makes up a smaller portion of revenues, so marketing and advertising tactics need to be budget-conscious and efficient. Mattresses have a long sales cycle—sometimes more than a year. ShopTherapedic wanted support in earning leads and sales during prime moments throughout the year such as President’s Day and Memorial Day.
Solutions:
Our team first planned and produced a content creation shoot, specifically to develop new photo and video assets for ShopTherapedic optimized for ads. We initiated paid ad campaigns with two main objectives: lead list development to ShopTherapedic’s email list (which has proven to convert long-lead sales over time) and direct conversions from their President’s Day Sale.
Results:
As predicted, the sales process proved to be long. Top of funnel campaigns were successful in brand awareness metrics, as well as smaller sales such as pillow purchases. Our best mattress purchase campaign, however, was our Facebook retargeting campaign where we saw a
ROAS OF 2.39. Additionally, the Facebook lead generation campaign led to over 600 leads in a matter of a few weeks, with an average cost of only
$0.99 PER LEAD.

The Luckyscent team was spending $25,000 per month on Google Ads, without seeing significant difference in returns, even when pausing campaigns. It was unclear to the founders if Google Ads were truly driving the needle, and the previous agency was often negligent in monitoring performance, results and/or making an changes related to efficiency.
Solutions:
We took over Luckyscent’s Google Ad management in 2023 and immediately went to work with cleaning up and consolidating the account to improve efficiency, and therefore, results.
Results:
Our efforts (almost immediately) resulted in an 8% increase in ad impressions.
ROAS IMPROVED BY 2% and
CONVERSION RATE INCREASED BY 14%. The client even needed to make a slight decrease in spend, and we still saw conversions improve with our new approach and strategy. Overall, COST PER CLICK DECREASED BY 10% and cost per acquisition dropped by 7% making this tactic much more worthwhile, effective, less expensive and clearly impactful.
